While the summer eases into the Fall Season, there is a nip in the air and one has to be very careful. At such times there are lots of tips for a healthy living. Firstly, be prepared for lot of celebrations as the end of holidays signify binging into foods you never could during the normal days. Go for the grilled rather than the fried, skewer the veggies, lean meat, and fruits, and soak it in your special marinade. It is safe to eat seafood, stews, salsas, and wraps. Take a crock pot and load it with chili and high fiber protein beans. This is also a good dish to eat during a spree of weight loss.
Alcohol always has lot of calories so go for a zero calorie beverage so that you do not put on weight yet can party. If you are very sleepy at work or in school then keep in mind that this is due to lack of sleep. Sleep well and stay well. This is the best way you could have a good healthy living. Shortfalls in sleep leads to an increase in hunger hormones leading to gained weight.
